Our returns policy complies with the distance selling regulations that gave consumer the legal right to cancel your order within seven working days from the date of receipt of the merchandise. Confirmation of your cancellation should be sent by email, letter or fax is acceptable but the merchandise must be returned to us in their original, unopened and unused condition. We will be unable to offer this returns policy on items opened for reasons of hygiene.
